A magnificent replica and an impressive addition to your collection!
Parasaurolophus is a genus of the “duck-billed” dinosaur that lived in what is now western North America and possibly Asia during the Late Cretaceous period, roughly 76.9–73.5 million years ago. It was a herbivore with a shovel-shaped beak. They had a bony crest, shaped like a hollow tube at the top of their head which acted as a resonating chamber that allowed them to produce low-frequency rumbling sounds, like a musical instrument, that may have been used for communication or attracting mates. They could run on their hind legs at about 25mph. The figurine is highly detailed with a natural color-scheme that replicates the real animal, making the figure extremely realistic looking.
